Awesome substance that does help. Works best if you eat clean (well eating clean helps everything!) but I must add this piece of advice. DRINK WATER! MEGA WATER! Not juice, not soda, not tea, not coffee but WATER! If you don't you will end up in a world of hurt. By hurt I mean your visit to the bathroom from the constipation that you didn't even realize you were suffering your hit you like a runaway train. Oh and the fat loss. Impressive in my opinion. If you've done keto then you remember having to remember to eat. Like that but even better, especially if you're smashing your protein. oh an last last thing. It did jack with my sleep so prepare for that too.

Got enough for 2 months as I was curious. Started out at .5mg/day and after a few weeks found that hunger became easier to manage. Just increased it to 1mg/day. Has made sticking to my cut much simpler. Only side effect has been for the first few days after starting it as well as after increasing the dosage I felt a little out of sorts. Has been good so far. It is a tad bit on the expensive side so if money is a concern clen is a better choice
