Stenabolic (SR 9009), still under development as of 2015, is a PPAR alpha modifier drug created by Professor Thomas Burris of the Scripps Research Institute. Interestingly, it's available for purchase as a SARM and a research chemical. It can be likened to Cardarine (GW-501516) since it acts as an agonist of Rev-ErbA. According to an article by "National Medicine," it enhances exercise capacity in mice by increasing mitochondria in skeletal muscles, leading to its internet moniker, "exercise in a bottle."
As mentioned, Stenabolic can alter the activity of skeletal muscle mitochondria, essentially boosting metabolic activity, similar to what DNP does but without its safety concerns. Unlike DNP, SR 9009 can mimic aerobic exercise without the need for physical conditioning, ultimately enhancing endurance rather than hindering it.

Mice Studies: Developers conducted studies on mice with low muscle mass, a sluggish metabolic rate, and poor running capacity. After administering Stenabolic, both muscle mass and metabolic rate increased, even without exercise. When these mice were allowed to exercise, they ran 50% further without getting winded.
