Nakon Medical’s Tren E 200 is the real deal — strong, clean, and consistent. I ran it at 400 mg/week for 10 weeks in a lean bulk phase alongside Test Cyp (500 mg/week) and Mast E (400 mg/week). It delivered exactly what you expect from high-quality Tren E: strength, aggression in the gym, and a dry, granite-like look that started kicking in around week 3.

This Tren doesn’t come with excessive pip — the oil is smooth, clear golden, and well-filtered. Libido spiked at first, then got a little unpredictable, which is classic for Tren. Sleep took a slight hit — vivid dreams, occasional night sweats — but nothing unmanageable with good sleep hygiene and supplements.

Effects I noticed:
