This Clen was just what I needed for my recomp. It was my first time taking Clen so I started with a low dose of 20mg twice a day. I was able to titrate up to 80mg/day with very manageable sides. The only thing that gave me problems was some heartburn. No shakes, headaches, or racing heartbeat. I’m not very sensitive to stimulants so that probably helped with those sides.
